1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The following items are *not eligible* for return:
Innerwear, socks, and other personal use items.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Damaged or altered items.

2. Reasons for Returns
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Size or Color Issues: If the product does not match the size or color you selected (subject to availability).

3. Return Process

2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include the RAN inside the package.
4. Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Gift cards or promotional items.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
